The Great Seneca District - named for the Seneca Indians who once lived in this area. They were one of the five nations of the Iroquois Indians, and the only nation that tilled the earth.

 SENECA DISTRICT
Serving the Communities of:Allepo Twp., Avalon, Avonworth, Bell Acres, Bellevue, Ben Avon, Berkley Hills, Bradfordwoods, Brighton Heights, Edgeworth, Emsworth, Fair Oaks, Franklin Park, Gibsonia, Ingomar, Kilbuck, Leetsdale, Marshall, McCandless, McIntyre, Mt. Nebo, North Side, Northview Heights, Observatory, Ohio Twp., Osborne, Perrysville, Pine, Richland, Ross, Sewickley, Warrendale, West View and Wexford.

  ROUNDTABLE

Note: Starting in September, Thursday District Roundtable Meetings will start at 7:00 PM and end at 8:30 PM please mark your schedules and pass this information on to the other leaders in you unit.

The location is A.W. Beattie Career Center and our meeting is scheduled for September 2, 2010

A full year of training is available from Seneca for Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Committee members and Cubmasters. Get the training you need to earn your trained strip. The 2010/2011 training schedule is available for download.
