 Program Kickoff
Join us for the 2009-2010 program kickoff at Camp Guyasuta. We will be distributing the 2008-2009 calendars and other materials to help you plan an exciting schedule for your unit for the coming year. We will present plans for Fall Roundup at this time. We will provide the hot dogs, buns, and condiments. Please bring your favorite picnic dish to share. We will enjoy our potluck picnic on August 14 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. then get into the meeting. All adults are welcome from your unit. Plan to attend. Call Charles Huse @ 412-325-7950 for questions.

 Merit Badge University
Many thanks to Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity at Carnegie-Mellon University for conducting Merit Badge University this spring. Over 400 Scouts worked on over 30 merit badges offered over the two days. Ryan Yates was the youth chairman for the event. Ryan is and Eagle Scout and a sophomore at CMU. Our thanks also to Fort Pitt people, Tom Strong, Kathy Habel and Claire Wittich, Advisor of Crew 776 sponsored by APO. Many thanks as well to the many Fort Pitt District merit badge counselors who served at Merit Badge University.
