Due to a scheduling conflict we must revert to the same schedule we have had for the past several years.

2010 DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Time Travel - a Journey back to 1910, 1810, 1610, 1410 and 65 million BCE
If you can only attend a specific week, you need to reserve your spots early by submitting the preliminary registration and then completing the official registration forms.
We are asking Packs to fill-out a preliminary registration and return it by early February, either via e-mail or in person at the March Roundtable or Feb 27th Pinewood Derby. Decide which week you want to attend and try
to get an accurate count of the number of boys that will be attending. We will be limiting registration to 180 boys each week. Once one week becomes filled, Packs will be asked to attend the other week. Your Pack’s Day Camp Coordinator is the person who will receive and relay information (via e-mail, District Roundtables and Day Camp meetings) and complete your Pack’s registration. We will try to use a group e-mail for many communications. If you have a different Day Camp Coordinator this year, please have them e-mail me so we can get them on the group e-mail list.
This is the new Japeechen Day Camp web site - http://sites.google.com/site/japeechendaycamp It is still in progress, but take a look at it. It has information for your parents and the volunteers that will be with your Pack and staff volunteers. We will get forms uploaded as soon as they are available.
While you are talking to parents, be sure to mention that we need volunteers for planning, preparing and staffing. We need to get volunteers for BB and Archery and they need to take the training.

*When you register at Flag Plaza, please register only for the week for which you pre-registered or to which you were assigned. If you have not pre-registered, please call to make sure there is space in the camp. The receptionist at Flag Plaza will accept your registration any week, but if that week is filled, you will receive a phone call from us asking you to change, a situation will would like to avoid.
