DOES YOUR PACK OR TROOP

NEED A DOCTOR?

Call your Unit Commissioner! A commissioner plays several roles, including friend, representative, unit "doctor," teacher, and counselor. The commissioner's mission is to encourage communication between Scouting units and the district by being a friend to their units. This communication is a two-way street bringing questions, concerns and suggestions from the packs, troops, and crews to the district volunteers, and at the same time delivering information from the district volunteers to the packs, troops and crews concerning program, training, membership, FOS, re-chartering, popcorn, activities, camping, and advancements. Regular communication will result in stronger units providing a more exciting program with the end result being to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. If you scouting unit is in need of assistance please contact your unit commissioner below they will be glad to come to committee meetings, pack meetings, troop meetings and especially Blue and Gold Banquets.
