BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA SPECIALITY PLATE

 Show your Scouting Spirit by purchasing a new BSA plate! 

The Boy Scouts of America specialty plate is designed to raise community awareness.  You can show your support of the Boy Scouts of America by replacing your current PA state license plate with this special Boy Scouts of America plate. 

Eligibility: Specialty plates are restricted to passenger vehicles, light trucks and motor homes with a registered gross weight of not more that 9,000 lbs.  Motorcycles and trailers do not qualify for specialty registration plates 

Costs:  There is a one-time fee of $35.00. The total $35.00 payment should be made out to the Greater Pittsburgh Council, B.S.A.  The Greater Pittsburgh Council will take care of the distribution from each plate fee: PennDOT will receive $20.00 (as indicated on page two of this form), the balance is used for plate production and a contribution to Scouting. 

Application Process:  Complete both Section A and D on the application, attach a check for $35.00 (made payable to Greater Pittsburgh Council, BSA), a copy of your current BSA membership card and mail to the address on the reverse side of the application.
