The Purpose of the District Relationships Committee is to help District Executives and other District staff:
1)	To find new Chartered Partners through a periodic Chartered Organization Survey,
2)	Maintains good relationships with existing Chartered Partners;
3)	Promotes Religious Emblems;
4)	Promotes observance of Scout Sunday/Sabbath;
5)	Promotes religious services at District Camporees
6)	Promotes the Chaplain and Chaplain Aide Program
A District Relationships Committee is comprised of a Chair and at least two others. The Chair also represents the district to the Council Relationships Committee (CRC).
