University of Scouting offers volunteer Scout leaders an opportunity to expand their knowledge and understanding of the Scouting Program. It offers the ability to share knowledge, gain new skills, and learn about resources available to meet the challenge of working with today’s youth.

 COST = $25

Includes Lunch and Course Handouts

Additional materials may be needed and available for purchase at the Scout Shop Training Post at the Midway.

Registration Deadline - October 27, 2008

No walk-in registrations will be accepted.

Open from 10:30 AM - 2:15 PM

Closed for lunch from 12:00  PM -12:45 PM

All are encouraged to stop by to interact with representatives from outside organizations to obtain resources and valuable information.

Policies and other information

Policy on Assigned Classes: In order to guarantee the highest quality of teaching to all adult leaders, please attend only those classes that have been assigned. Class schedules are subject to change.

Refund Policy:  Refunds will be made only upon written request to Greater Pittsburgh Council.  Because reservations are made for a particular individual, $15 will only be refunded.  Fees are transferable from one individual to another.  REFUND DEADLINE: October 28.
